Hmm… so Christopher Eccleston has decided to quit Dr Who after only doing one series. Ah well. Maybe if Orbital come out of retirement for this year’s Glastonbury (tickets on sale this Sunday BTW) they could convince him to stay? Just a thought.

Meanwhile Spring has decided to arrive in New York. Well, for at least a few days. Yesterday was gorgeously sunny and for some reason someone had set up hundreds of big orange balloons high above Williamsburg. Guess it was some kind of homage to the departed ‘big orange flaps’ of Central Park. Very cool.
