Well, with that quick shout out to the Swedish Chef from the Muppets it’s about time to bid ‘adieu’ to Sweden (or the Swedish equivalent). Back to keyboards without those cute extra characters ö, ä and, my favourite, Ã¥ (Ã…) – or the need to use the ‘Alt Gr’ key to write an ‘@’. Guess the Swedes don’t write email addresses very often. It’s always strange getting used to different keyboards when Interneting in Europe and I find my typing speed gets slashed, something that ain’t too useful when Swedish internet cafes cost so much. Luckily this hostel has free Internet – and also annoying room-mates who kept wandering in and chatting to each other but that’s pretty standard.
